As a young man Michael Bryant worked for his father who was practicing orthodontics…he marveled at the changes that he saw take place in his father’s patients and the reaction that his patients expresses when they completed treatment. He could think of no better career path than to follow in his father’s footsteps and continue to bring change and joy to patients by creating beautiful smiles.
Dr. Bryant attended Newton South High School in Newton, MA, graduating in 1985. He then attended Morehouse College with an emphasis in Biology graduating in 1989. After completing his undergraduate work he enrolled at Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, successfully completing his credential in 1993. He then applied and accepted at Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry achieving his certificate of advanced graduate studies in orthodontics in 1998.
For the past 17 years, Dr. Bryant has practiced orthodontics in Maryland, D.C. and just recently Pennsylvania. Dr. Bryant always enjoys learning new things…he loves his chosen career and loves to interact with his patients. Dr. Bryant is an avid sports fan…Steelers, Red Sox and Celtics. He also enjoys reading, heavy weight lifting, and jazz music. Dr. Bryant has two teenagers, Jaden and Alex.
Professional affiliations include member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists and the Maryland Society of Orthodontist. Dr. Bryant is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and Celebration Church in Columbia.
